What can I pay online?

You can pay business rates, commercial rents, council tax, housing rents, sales invoices, housing benefit overpayments and traffic fines including parking tickets.

Yes, you can now pay multiple bills without having to leave the system.

Which cards do you accept?

We accept Maestro, Solo, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Delta and MasterCard.

Can I have a receipt?

Yes if you enter an email address on the payment details page we will send you a receipt. A downloadable receipt will also be available at the end of the payments process.

What if my card is refused?

Cards are not refused by Camden they are refused by your bank. There are many reasons why this may happen and we suggest you contact your bank directly.

By phone

Phone the payments line 020 7974 6104. You can pay council tax, business rates, traffic fines, housing benefit overpayments and other sales invoices by selecting the automated service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you wish to pay for other services or you need to speak to an operator you can do so Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo and Electron.

By post

Postal payments should be sent to Cashiers Office, Town Hall, Judd Street, London WC1H 9JE. Payments can be made by cheque or postal order. Parking payments can be made by Visa, Visa Delta, Electron, Switch, MasterCard and Solo.

Do not send cash through the post. A receipt will be issued if you send a stamped addressed envelope with your payment.
