Cards are not refused by us, they are refused by your bank. There are many reasons why this may happen and we suggest you contact your bank directly.

Why do I have to enter another password on a bank screen?

MasterCard and Visa have instructed all web sites accepting card payments to introduce this additional level of security. This is a fraud protection measure to prevent anybody who has obtained your card number and expiry date from using them to make fraudulent web-based transactions
