News: User testing gets rave reviews
Caroline Jarrett, usability consultant and author of ‘”Forms that work: Designing web forms for usability”, sat-in on one of the webteam’s user-testing sessions and had this to say about progress with in-house testing:
“I was impressed with the quality of the user-testing methods and approach.”
The webteam have conducted six user-tests so far in 2010 and expect to complete another 12 before the end of the year. We’re always on the look-out for user-testing volunteers. If you are interested to get involved, please fill in our volunteers form here.
